Francois Leblanc is an architect and specialist in heritage conservation. Francois has specialized in heritage conservation at the University of York in England and in Ottawa, Canada. Francois began as an architectural conservator with Parks Canada, and has held the position of Director of the ICOMOS Secretariat in Paris. He returned to Canada to direct the Main Street Program at Heritage Canada and was also Chief Architect for the National Capital Commission in Ottawa. He is also the former Director of Field Projects at the Getty Museum.
